After an overnight ferry crossing and long drive from St Malo in the very north to Bordeaux, Libby arrived in our little village of St Colombe today to start her new job at the Chai and a new life in France.We celebrated by going for dinner at the L’Envers du Décor in St Emilion where we had a fantastic meal including some amazing duck with a absolutely stunning 2002 Chinon from Catherine and Pierre Breton.
